Welcome to Dr. Tony's Community Acupuncture, where we believe that everyone should have access to affordable, effective acupuncture care. Our founders, Dr. Tony, have been practicing since 2017, and takes a holistic approach to healing. By combining his acupuncture expertise with remedial therapy skills, we offer a full spectrum of services aimed at supporting our patients' health and wellbeing. Dr. Tony Shih graduated in 2017 with distinction in clinical performance, earning dual bachelor's degrees in Chinese Medicine and Health Science from RMIT.
His education and extensive training have provided a strong foundation for his practice in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
From 2018 to 2020, he gained invaluable experience working alongside Dr. Su at Tian Yi Tang TCM Clinic, where he treated complex conditions, including severe endometriosis. His time at the clinic was marked by providing exceptional care to the local community while deepening his expertise in TCM.
Since July 2020, Dr. Shih has divided his time between Sydney and Melbourne, where his reputation has grown due to his outstanding clinical results. In Sydney, his focus on mental health allows him to support patients' well-being through acupuncture.
Driven by compassion for underserved communities, he founded a Community Acupuncture clinic to make alternative healthcare more accessible to low-income individuals.
Today, Dr. Shih combines his clinical expertise in acupuncture and remedial massage to treat pain. This unique approach allows him to view the body holistically, enhancing his ability to deliver tailored, comprehensive pain management solutions for his clients.
